Will admit I cried like a baby when I watched the green mile, I don’t know why it just hit me and I couldn’t stop.

Hachi: A Dogs Tale. I can't even get through the trailer.

Was just the final scene with a send off to Paul walker after he died. Had nothing really to do with the movie at the time
It sure belongs on there over something like rocky 4

On a side note, while I wouldn't say the MOVIE can make a man tear up, still...
"Hello Houston, this is Odyssey. It's good to see you again."

October Sky isn’t on this list. I don’t even like movies and I know that should be on here

No Old Yeller? Bogus.
And that scene in GWTW where Bonnie is killed, can't watch.

1st movie that made me cry was 8 Seconds. Saw it in theaters. I was 6. Great movie.

List is shite, and the responses are shite. If a movie made you cry when you were a 6 year old little boy, you were not a "man". If it still makes you cry as a 45 year old "man", then it qualifies.
None of the movies on this list or in comments have ever made me tear up as a grown man, except for It's a Wonderful Life at the end which we watch every Christmas and I'm usually liquored up.
Maybe My Dog Skip or My Girl could qualify but haven't watched those movies in 20 years. And they aren't on the shitty list in OP.
