How to raise sons to be confident and successful today in a big city?

Ready for lots of shite post responses but hoping for a few quality.
Anyone with young sons today probably has this same concern. Society is hard on masculinity today, I want my sons to be products of their generation but also men. They should be more sensitive and more aware of other people’s issues without feeling bad or guilty for being masculine.
How do you accomplish this today? Like it or not their friends will introduce them to a lot of things we are uncomfortable with, how do we as fathers make sure they keep their senses about?

We sent our sons to private, Christian schools we trusted to help us instill the proper values. Both are in college now and are perfectly normal. No drama, just working hard on their careers.

Why?
Because that’s the reality, why fight the inevitable? My kids will in a lot of ways be a product of their generation. I how to influence them to find the good things from that and leave the bad things. Pretending like they won’t have any of their generations values is irresponsible and unrealistic

Graduate Hugh school.
Get a job.
No children out of wedlock.
Don’t cut off your dick to be cool.
The rest should fall into place.

My kids will go to private christian schools. Also, your kids are in a different generation than my kids

Try to model the behavior as best you can and compensate with a "listen, don't do what I just did" every once in a while as needed.
I monitor but let him drive on the product of his generation part. Seems pretty automatic. So you just be the sincere, confident man around him and pray he picks it up.

Read the Bible.
Pray with them.
Take them Fishing.
Shoot stuff.
Work ethic.
Love your mom and your wife.
Teach them the difference between confidence and arrogance.
Be the man that you want them to be.

God bless. My boys were born in 2002 and 2003. Gen Z'ers. No matter the Gen, a strong family and contributing educators will do you well.

Introduce your sons to good stand-up comedy. Netflix has a huge library.
Depending on how old the kids are, you might want to screen the content first.
It will be good for the kids to see another man stand in front of an audience and point out the absurdity of modern “norms”. If they learn it’s hilarious to have preferred pronouns and to be confused about gender identity when born with a cock, then they’ll be fine.
How old are they kids?

The city part idk but this is universal.
Approach every person knowing you have no idea what they’re going through
When someone does something for you, you thank them.
Don’t be needy, be independent.

Make him mow the grass. Weed the ditches.
Wash the cars. Pressure wash the house.
Teach him how to change a tire. Make him grill some burgers. Teach. Him to tie a tie. Make him read hand of brothers.

I get this impulse and I dk if I’m right.
My opinion though is that this approach is doomed to fail. We are all products of our generation in some way. Better to find the good and focus on that than scorn it entirely.
At least, I think?
