A cap gun instead of real bullets? No reason the driver wasn't dead. He was shot at 3 times damn near PBR. I'd have emptied the mag in his head. Then turns his back on the guy to get run over . Wtf?

Don’t know if you can just shoot someone in the head for hopping in the truck like that though either.
