LSU WBB’s next PG should be Lucy Olsen

She is exactly what CKM needs for next year’s team. A true PG with offensive skills. Olsen can spot up, create off the dribble or drain a 3. The kid is cat quick too. Check out her highlights from this season at Villanova. Wow!

I wonder, were you saying this like everyone else about LVH

He meant HVL. He possibly has dyslexia.

No, I was not one of them and there’s a big difference between the two players. HVL came to LSU as a shooting guard, and Olsen is a point guard. Based on the film, this kid is much quicker than HVL with way better handles. Olsen is a true PG with great offensive skills.

We can debate HVL or LVH but TFangs is right, her highlights look good. And she did it in the same conference as UCONN. She led her team with 15 points against them this year with 15 and going 2/4 from 3. I’d imagine her assists would go up having some bugs under the basket if she chose to come her

Yes, she is. There’s chatter on Twitter/X that CKM has contacted her.

Not near quick enough to play PG at the top level. She would get eaten alive by quicker guards in SEC play.
LSU needs a distributor/defensive specialist at PG. Plenty of scorers on the court, just need someone to execute the offense.

Agree got to get athletic players like Johnson.

Stop trying to add the most PPG. That is clearly not how you build a team. This last season is an example of that. They will have enough scoring with Flajue, Williams & morrow

Yeah I prefer a pg that is floor general that dishes out the ball, with speed, great defense, and that can break down a defense.
I haven't looked at any of the pg in portal highlights though.

Yeah, I'd like to see LSU add some speed and size. Who wouldn't.
Is LSU looking at Saylor Poffenbarger? I think I saw her mentioned around here before and was curious if they would consider her.

Olsen (PG) has been pursued hard by Iowa. I imagine it would be impossible to come in right after Clark. She would always be compared to her the next 1-2 years. I guess it would be the same scenario whoever takes over Angel's post/center position. Big shoes to fill.
