Do you know the etymology of the word “Palestine”?

Learning that alone should be enough to end the discussion.

LINK

Have you ever asked why the area of “Philistia” was renamed Palestine by the Greeks when the Philistines no longer existed?

Etymology: from Latin Palestina (name of a Roman province), from Greek Palaistine (Herodotus), from Hebrew Pelesheth "Philistia, land of the Philistines" (see Philistine ).

It was intentionally renamed Palestine well after the Philistines were gone from the land to insult the Jews living there.

I didn't claim to be.

But I'm a whole lot smarter than you. Of that I am certain.

Serious question: do you really think that every time we have one of these exchanges people who read the posts see you getting to a certain point, obviously being unable to defend your position, and resorting to claiming that the post that just tore you a new butthole is "gibberish," so you needn't bother to answer it, do you REALLY think that works?

Do you REALLY think people don't see right through that?

And the fact that once this gets going, you cannot let it drop, do you REALLY think that makes you look better, or do you not think that it just keeps drawing attention to your stupidity?

I get it...a stupid person isn't smart enough to know how stupid they are...it's a self-limiting condition.

But still, man.

Just how stupid are you? (I have no doubt we're about to find out).

Yes.

I don’t see how.

just curious, how often did the name rothschild come up in that podcast?

Maybe once or twice iirc. He and others were obviously very influential in the situation with their financing of the land purchases as well as influencing other countries.

The narrator of the podcast makes a concerted effort to put you in the shoes of the person he’s discussing to make you think what would you do in that situation. So he addresses that there are suspicions actions Jews were involved in back then, like being heavily involved in the Bolshevik revolution and anarchist revolutions, but when you consider other factors like the oppression they experienced in Europe it makes more sense they would be involved in revolutionary movements. Basically he wants you to not jump straight to conspiracy ZOG stuff because it makes more sense to look at their circumstances to then understand their actions.

He makes a lot of effort to not just blame the Jews for stereotypical reasons.

This deserves its own post. Bless your heart.

Ancient Israel literally is not the same as the modern-day nation state of Israel. Even the Zionists admitted that. Not sure what more you need to “defend that position”. Oh, I get that you have some wacky religious beliefs. That’s fine. No amount of evidence will get you to believe differently there.

That’s your response?

Tell me why an area no longer even populated by the Philistines (who were actually Greeks from Crete) was renamed Philistia…by the Greeks. What’s the reasoning here?

That would be like renaming parts of Israel “Britain” after the 19th century and arguing the British have lived there for 2000 years.

Your stance makes no sense unless you believe those Palestinians running around right now are actually Euro-Greeks.

I don't need to listen to that bullshite. I know on one side, the people want to live in peace and not fear, and on the other side, they want war and terror. Israel has offered peace and land many times over, only to be told that the only solution is for them to leave their land. It's really that simple. The Palestinians have been playing this victim card for the past 70 years. It's working on a lot of people this time.

There is nothing incoherent about what I said. It’s basic history that used to be well known, but now forgotten by a bunch of retards.

You’ve been exposed.

My hot take: Israel is more than capable of handling its own business. They could wipe the entire Middle East off the map if they wanted to.

The USA interfering over there isn’t helping anyone but a certain subset of billionaire elites.

We need to get out of there and let it sort itself out. I think, if we did, Israel would easily win. But we can’t have that apparently, as we need endless wars on one hand, and most of the world hates Jews on the other.

Good grief, you’re a fricking idiot. He is pointing out the same argument you made.

Biblical Israel isn’t the same as Israel today
ALSO
Ancient Palestine isn’t the same Palestine as today
AND
Both groups used the same tactics when renaming the area

Me neither in principle

But what do you think is going to happen if Israel gets in a hot war with Iran? Do you think we would just shrug our shoulders?

We are tied to them whether we like it or not, and as a result their actions are important, and they need to be accountable for them.

That’s a little oversimplified. Israel was two countries before this occurred. Jerusalem was the capital of the Southern Country.
