Yeah whoever was saying this guy was taking pictures or looking for little girls, escalated a pretty harmless situation.
These spoiled brats trying to be thugs caught a case of FAFO.

If his left hand was around the drunks neck then his thumb would have to be touching the neck of the drunk guy.
1st degree is too much to charge him with.

One way to explain the pic. Miu has the knife in his right hand down by his side with the blade up. Isaac goes to push Miu away by putting his hands on Miu's chest. Miu raises his arm and stabs Isaac in the heart. When Miu raises his arm he hits Isaac's arm and pushes Isaac's arm up and Isaac's hand goes to Miu's throat.

His right hand is around his neck. His left hand (with gold bracelet on his wrist ) is on top of his right hand.

You can respond with appropriate force if you reasonably believe your life is in danger.
I don't see a choke in the video at all, so you are talking about a microscopic moment.
My only point here that you cannot seem to comprehend, is that while you keep repeatedly painting the video as a cut and dry situation, it is not, which is why its at trial.
Just based on the video, it could go either way, and the defense team is CLEARLY worried since they threw a Hail Mary by having him testify.
The only testimony I have seen is from the black kid that lied, and that could certainly help him because that was horrid.
