JJ needs to stop over analyzing every little thing and let them just go play baseball.

The players are taking the personality of the coach and are wound entirely too tight.

is Dr Sharon from Ted Lasso available?!?

I don’t think we are at the point of no return if he keeps the team aligned but they have to be laser focused. Three straight weeks of late blown leads against top 10 teams. He’s got to figure SOMETHING out to give us a chance game three though.

Maybe we could get a volume discount and send our "fanbase" too.

Geez, how many excuses can people come up with...oh, it's the phones...oh, it's psychological...oh, if only this play had been made or that play had been made.

This situation has gone on way too long to ignore the obvious problem. The hitting isn't as good as last year but the main problem is other than say a Griffin Herring, the pitching staff was way, way overrated. Holman is not an ace! The UCLA guys, Jump and Hurd, are not doing the job. And what many here seem to have forgotten is that LSU played by far their best baseball last year post season. There were many complaints about the LSU pitching last year during the regular season (other than Skenes of course). The problem seems to be physical talent or lack thereof.

A few of our fans could also benefit.

The look in their eyes after a strikeout is worrisome. No emotion or fire.

There doesn’t appear to be a team leader holding everyone accountable

In the immortal words of Crash Davis, “Let’s have some fun out here. This game is fun OK. FUN GOD DAMMIT”.

I really believe every player on the team needs to try having fun. They appear to be trying too hard & baseball is not a game where trying too hard works.

Skip was a master of the psychological game. Paul and Jay...not so much.

How about we be able to rely on more than 1 arm out of the bullpen. Outside of Herring who would Jay feel comfortable going to to have shutdown innings and get outs? Honestly, no one. Thats a problem. But I'm not blaming Jay for it. He went out and got guys and they just are not performing.

As complicated as baseball is, there’s also a simplistic approach at times.

See the ball hit the ball.
See the ball catch the ball.
See the mitt, hit the mitt.
