What is level of female MMA

I played basketball against WNBA women growing up.
In high school, we'd absolutely destroy them. I'd put their level around 8th grade avg boys. This would be at a decent sized school. Basically, Dutchtown boys freshman would beat LSU women pretty handily.
What's the male equivalent of female MMA? Would a solid high school wrestler just take them down?
I'm reading Rousey talking shite about lots of guys in WWE. Talking like she could frick them up. Yes, most these guys aren't MMA, but most wrestled at decent level in HS, or played high level football. I gotta say, I think they'd probably frick her up if she attacked them.

Jui jitsu can be quite the equalizer against the average male under 175 but with that said those juice monkeys in the WWE would absolutely destroy her.

Rousey is very quick, very athletic. Against the average American male, she would quickly take his back and apply a rear naked choke before the guy even knew what was happening.

It really depends on what size a guy is and do they train at all.
I know most male egos can’t accept this but even just someone who stays in shape playing sports or just lifts in the gym, you ARE NOT gonna beat her.
The truth is that she is actually an elite level fighter as a woman and if a guy doesn’t train in Jiu Jitsu or some sort of other combat sports, then in a fight she would beat you senseless
You may have the strength advantage on her but it’s gonna come down to whether or not you have experience and knowledge of fighting

The extremely elite female MMA female fighters would beat most untrained guys. Elite jui jitsu is a real difference and just knowing how to not exhaust all your energy instantly like what happens in most fights.

An average size male in any type of reasonable health should be able to take down a female mma fighter. Size and power and likely speed are too much to overcome. Men in general are bigger, faster, and stronger than women. It is a biological fact.

Level is I’m old and old a blood thinner so I’d just play dominoes with them.

I am no MMA expert but if you have minimal training in it you could frick up the average person M or F

The average American male is 5-9. Not a significant size advantage over a female MMA fighter. He's also a lardass, so she has athleticism and tactical training on her side.

That bitch Rhonda cant take a punch from women. If she got hit at 50% power by those WWE guys then its lights out for her.
I dont know how many small guys they have on the roster. But even with her strong judo and bjj, most of those guys would be able to defend her shite Derrick Lewis style. Wrestlers are strong as frick.
As for the average guy, well the average guy is fat as frick and has no conditioning. But any baw that is really strong in the upper body will give her trouble. Her fave move is the arm bar and men have much more upper body strength than women. She isnt gonna be able to grab a plumber and just start cranking his arm.
In conclusion, Bradley Martin would destroy Rhonda.
