You were richer than we were… we could not afford the jerky like treat …. But I did share a milk bone now and then with my dog.. depending on color it was imitation meat.. vegetables or chicken.. they were basically like a hard cracker

My father always had a story of feeding the dog when he was an entry airman.. he had a wife —two kids and a dog.. not much money.. he fried up dog food once.. only ever did it once:)

My brother came home drunk one night and ate the table scraps I had put aside for the dog. He said it was pretty good.

I tasted a 3 Dog Bakery Oreo bc it is human ingredients. It was dry.

Used to feed heartworm tablets to the hunting dogs every day as a kid. I'd munch a crumb or two from time to time. They were pretty tasty!
