Is "Daily Wire Implode" on your 2024 Bingo Card?

Since the Candace Owens firing, things don't seem that great at DW.
- Michael Knowles wouldn't comment on it, despite being the god-father of one of Candace's children.
- Jeremy Boreing refused to comment on it during a twitter spaces event, and when asked directly if she broke a company policy, he wouldn't even say yes or no, which everyone took to mean "no". He got crushed at this event, IMO.
- Piers Morgan asked Shapiro about it and he refused to comment at all about her departure. He just sat there with a smug look and refused to go into any detail. These guys look more like they just pulled off a mafia hit than a proper personnel move at their company. It's like omerta has sprung up at DW.
- No one is inferring anything positive on behalf of DW due to their behavior here, it's looking like conservative cancel culture, and they are taking a beating on this.
- This Mark Dice video captures some of this, and additionally he plays a video of Pat Buchanan calling Congress "Israel Occupied Territory", and Speaker Johnson saying the first bill he will bring forward will be support for Israel.
This is coming at a time when opinions on Israel's actions in Gaza are getting increasingly more hostile and there's a growing sense that, in some circles, if you criticize Israel, that doesn't qualify as free speech.
Recently a video emerged of four men in Gaza walking along and getting droned youtube, where the first impact kills two and two try to stumble away, clearly disoriented / wounded, and they each get a missile directly on them as they are walking/crawling away, and none of the men appear to be armed or to be combatants of any sort. Alex Jones and Joe Rogan both commented on this video in a negative way, and it appears that video is resonating with a lot of people in a negative way toward Israel. Jones called it 'robotic mass genocide'.
It's just my perception, but it seems there's a growing negativity about Israel that is more like a wave than a ripple. Same for how the retaliations for criticism of Israel are being perceived.
Is DW too big to fail or can it actually implode?
Side note - I'm curious how this might affect Jordan Peterson. Obviously he's not there to fire people, but he's stood up against cancel culture so much, it's just a matter of time before people begin asking why he's not taking a stand here.

Daily Wire doesn’t have a spot on my card.

Andrew Klavan spent probably an hour talking about Candace’s firing on his weekly weekend podcast.
I really don’t know what all the other stuff about Isreal/Gaza would have to do with the Daily Wire imploding.
I am a big Daily Wire fan and I don’t feel like Candace really fit their mold all that well.
On your side note, not every firing is cancel culture.

Nothing can be concluded from that video other than 4 people were on the receiving end of a strike. That's it.
The bigger concern is video from a strike in February being retrievable from a downed Heron/Eitan.

We used to whack dudes all the time walking along or sitting at a table. It’s called intel.

I want to see Daily Wire fail just because of the Shapiro meltdown.

Who were these guys? Seems Israel would have released that immediately to justify the targeting. I get what you're saying, but this doesn't seem to fit that type of situation.

There isn't. And that has nothing to do with Daily Wire.

I'm guessing it wasn't very informative because no one is talking about his comments. Did he give much insight?

Really? You don't see how these things are intertwined?

True, but this certainly looks like cancel culture.

Candace was announced to the daily wite March 9th 2021.
She left a few days ago.
It is obvious to me that she wanted out of her contract. She was trying to get fired.
At the end of the day, the daily wire and she decided not to renew a contract.
And it is pretty evident that both sides are very tight lipped right now. Contracts are handled by lawyers.
And I'm sure this dissolution of terms were also handled by lawyers.
It isn't that big of a deal.
She used daily wire to increase her profile. And now she doesn't want to split revenues any longer.
That happens a hundred thousand times a year in business. Businesses use people. And vice versa.

Candace was never a good fit at the daily wire. The typical daily wire fan is a completely different fan than the typical Candace fan.
Daily Wire is taking a beat amongst the MAGA twitter tards but that’s about it

Cant wait for DWAC to swoop up all the talent on theri way to the biggest Moderate/Conservative media mogul ever

Candace was such a small part of DW, why do you think this will have lasting impact outside of the gossip mill? Especially since she went nuts/retarded once Kanye started to bitch about the joos.

Well, we know more than that. They give no appearance of being combatants and that's important. It shapes public perception and it warrants a response from Israel to justify the strike. It's been out there for a week, maybe more. Would have been very easy for Israel to give details on who was targeted and why. I haven't found that. Maybe more detail and video will emerge though.

I agree and was surprised to see that detail.

I question your premise if it consists of assuming the Daily Wire is an institution worth saving.
It's a cornerstone of Conservative Media Inc. and little more than contrived, controlled opposition.

What’s that old saying, “ to find out who rules you, figure out who you can’t criticize”?
DW is run by Israeli first guys Shapiro and Boering. Nothing more, nothing less.
