Maason at the combine didn't do the bench press, and now I see why. 22 reps.

Omar Speights had 30 reps.

Malik had 15.

And people still think he may go 2nd or 3rd round.

I've done 21 reps of 225 and I didn't even train for the combine lmao. Maason needs to work a little harder.

Still struggling to see what it is about this guy that warrants a draft pick.

You’re posting about this and didn’t mention his arm length? It has a massive impact and provides separate value.

Smith and Speights are flops.

I don't understand how you can be on the same team as Malik deliver the performances that they have. Just seemed really inconsistent and at time, very low effort.

If the Saints draft either I will have a stroke. Don’t care what round it is.

His bench won’t affect draft status at all. Stupid.

Speights was absolute garbage. No way a team wastes its' money on him.

This doesn't necessarily translate into football skills because Speights may be able to do 30 reps but he didn't look too good last year. But he did have a terrible coach

We'll see in a few years whether his decision was a wise one.

NFL reporter said Smith was continually talked up by NFL personnel and has a top 50 grade on some rankings. The people on here hating on him have always been hilariously wrong, he would’ve blown shite up next year if he came back.

He played in a garbage scheme coming back from a major injury and people here jump to idiotic opinions from that.

Smith has the prototypical frame for his position and tested well for his size , not great. His height , arm length, and leanness for a 300 pounder are what scouts love , the same reason he was a 5 star with under whelming high school film . Those traits are what will give him his shot to go in the mid rounds . There aren’t many people born with that frame . He has the elite frame for his position , just not elite production .
