Drunk/Stoned Hobo Chili

I wouldn’t eat that unless I was a drunk/stoned hobo.

Tonight I made it again but with black beans instead of Kidney beans, and the spice mix was the box with a guy who looks like Ronald Reagan on the front. It's on the stove now, done, covered, coagulating. No Fritos though, just Santita's.
