Everyone is assuming the dead guy didn’t start it or provoke the situation?? I have known lots of men that had children who are also complete derelicts in society. The 2 aren’t mutually exclusive.

I’ve been to my fair share of college bars and towns and I’ve seen fights in damn near all of them. In fact one of the better fights I’ve seen was in the library in oxford.
Tigerland in general is a shithole, but you get a bunch of young men filled up with alcohol and surrounded by hot girls and things are going to go haywire. This problem isn’t limited to LSU.

I’ll say I would be shocked if the deceased party truly had zero way of avoiding the situation. It’s extremely rare a bar fight isn’t avoidable. Yeh you might be called a pussy by people on tiger droppings for leaving, but who cares?
