For them to have this video is at least some confirmation that ISIS was indeed involved. It doesn't answer all the questions but here it is

I have the opposite of a weak stomach when it comes to blood and gore, but it's still making me feel sick 30 minutes later. Of course, ISIS is behind the attack. Attacking concerts is their modus operandi (Eagles of Death Metal concert in France, Ariana Grande concert in U.K., etc).
