Still Lent so I made Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos for dinner on this glorious Friday.
I thought we had smaller soft flour tortillas at home so I didn't get any when I was at the grocery. Turns out they were 8" tortillas. Oh well, They still worked out for the tacos.

The tacos had some crunchy and spicy slaw, Cotija cheese, Bang Bang sauce and fresh squeezed lime juice. Made some Spanish rice and opened a can of refried beans.

Pesce all'Aqua Pazza (fish with white wine and cherry tomatoes) made with halibut. Sauteed kale. Baguette.

Pesto shrimp wrap. The Mrs is trying to clear crap out of the freezer so she defrosted the last of the frozen shrimp and a container of frozen pesto I made last year from my never ending basil that my basil plants produced.

Dozen and a half oysters on the half shell, blackened redfish with crawfish etouffee on dirty rice, blackened okra and key lime pie at Tricky Fish in Fort Worth.
