You think a name doesn’t do the same thing, especially in rural communities? Louisiana changed the law when it comes to pictures be posted, but someone’s name is still there for the world to see. It wasn’t that long ago that I learned everyone booked into Parish or County jails info was out there for everyone to see. Is a potential juror really going to admit to checking the newest lockup’s everyday?

Why take it easy on these clowns.

When I was 18, my dui was recorded in the town paper in Ohio.

Not to mention, I only blew a .2 something and fell down during sobriety test.
