Just keep deporting to NY, Chicago, LA. It will eventually have an even greater effect.

14th Amendment - No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The word person used in the 14th Amendment relative to due process and equal protection apply to citizens and non-citizens, alike. It is written as persons, specifically because of the relationship of federal immigration law to non-citizens.
In the case of Zadvydas v. Davids, 533 U.S. 678 (2001), the U.S. Supreme Court explained, “[T]he Due Process Clause applies to all 'persons' within the United States, including aliens, whether their presence here is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent." So, this means that though they may be non-citizens, their due process rights (as it relates to immigration law) still apply to them.
Pick up a Constitution and learn it.

That's not required by our law. I don't know if that's required in any developed nation's laws.

So Canada can legally return asylum seekers from anywhere in the world that crossed into their country via the US border back to the US, as of March 2023.
Hmm that seems like a pretty recent change, wonder why they did that?
Oh because Canada was sick of the influx of Mexican, Venezuelan, Columbian, Haitian, etc refugees that had been flooding across their borders from the US in the past few years that had quintupled since 2020 and said "Sooorry, cut the shite, you guys keep them!" LINK
