No one can say Hayden was directed well in the prequels. I always just thought he was that bad of an actor. Turns out, he's far better than what we saw.
And Jake Lloyd should be given a pass for being a kid actor. Again, with crap directing. Given terrible lines. Wasn't his fault but more of those who put him in a bad spot. Namely The Phantom Menace.
