The death penalty is the only acceptable form of punishment in this case

I'd be willing to bet if they REALLY wanted to enforce rules against tampering, they could nail damn near every single team in the league for it.

If found guilty, both teams will lose draft picks.

If they can’t actually execute employees who tampered then I would be fine with them losing at least a 1st round pick this year or next year.

NFL is a joke if they are worried about tampering from the last week or so when everything was breaking before their deadlines.
If anything they will fine them or take away some late round pick.

imagine losing a first rounder over either of those guys
Won’t happen but would be awesome.

Take away the Falcons 1st round pick.

OMG, this is such a black eye on the NFL. They have to take away 1st round draft picks from each team for the next 3 years, minimum.

The Eagles were ratted out by James Franklin.

How else would shitty orgs like the falcons and eagles get these players?

Funny how the NFL chooses to go after certain things. Are we just supposed to think all these deals are worked out on day 1 of the tampering window

The Falcons were ratted out by Kirk Cousins.

You don’t convince anyone to go to the falcons without a lot of effort over the course of weeks

cousins admitted he was in talks with falcons for weeks so he admitted to them tampering with him. after that blatant admission, it can not be denied at this point.

At the end of his career which number is higher:
1. Career Cousins playoff wins
2. Number of draft picks lost because Cousins was a dumbass in press conferences

I'll take 1.
Cousins is 35, coming off a major injury, and has one career playoff win. I think the smart money might be on option 2
