Last night’s underdone version vs tonight’s overdone version of cabbage rolls. I wanted to bake them more today. And then fell asleep. Somewhere in between is what I was aiming for. 
Flavor was intense!
PS - I’m not making cabbage rolls for the cabbage challenge, for sure.

This evening I grilled some mild and hot Italian sausages on the Keg and griddle sliced onions and peppers. Had these on warmed garlic butter brushed sesame seed buns and topped with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
The onions separately were marinated with olive oil, red wine vinegar and minced garlic.
After the picture was taken I added some Truff Hot sauce. Mmmmmm..... I need to do this more often. But, I'm going to have to get back to making my own sausage. This was mild and hot sausage but the hot was only slightly spicier than the mild.
