Multiple schools turned them in. They had several kids with no paper work, at least 2 ineligible players that I know of, and had more than one coach actively recruiting kids to “transfer” to OHS for their senior year. They had players constantly in different numbers on the roster throughout the year and had names on the roster later in the year that were not on early season rosters. They got caught doing what everyone accuses private schools of doing. The LHSAA only did what everyone has been clamoring for, handing out consequences to schools that don’t follow the rules.

this in itself is not a violation. nor is changing numbers as long as it's recorded.

Parents should be held accountable too - but in reality most don't know the rules.

They just got caught doing what many schools continue to do.
