I rarely claim to have sources, but I've heard from a reliable one who knows somebody VERY CLOSE to the basketball team that Cook is healthy enough to play, but is choosing not to. I'm pretty sure he's already played in too many games to claim a redshirt year, so I have no clue what his agenda is.

And yes, I'm aware Cullotta said something similar, but I trust what I heard from the guy I'm referencing, who isn't Cullotta.

The only inside "scoop" I've gotten before this is that we're playing ODU in football in 2026, so I'm not trying to establish myself as well connected. I'm just passing along what I heard.

Idk about this. When you go back and watch the court storming vs Kentucky you can see him jogging and kinda limping instead of running like everyone else. That made me realize he was definitely hurt

Heard the exact same info from a reliable person. Not 100% healthy, but enough to play if he chose to.

At this point I’d be a little surprised if we see him the rest of the season.

On a side note, the current crowd of 1,500 people look pumped!
