I really don’t understand why Ishido would send assassins.
His options were:
A. Keep here there/have her commit suicide and make it clear everyone was his prisoner.
B. Let her go and lose his hostages.
Telling everyone you’re letting her go and then having her killed in the night doesn’t accomplish anything different than 1. it probably looks worse.

Yea it was the dumb way to go about it. Sending assassins looks even worse than letting her kill herself or letting her go.
