Getting old ain't for pussies.

I noticed it big time when I hit 65. I had always taken care of myself and stayed in shape, but when I hit 65 it became a real struggle.

Plus there was the open heart surgery and all that.

The fapping dropped from a couple of times a day to every other day and twice on Saturdays.

Stuff like that.

Right? Who wants to relive all that misery and suffering before they were born?

It was in my late 50s for me but I was gym rat and in decent shape but that’s doesn’t matter when you get sick. That happens more often as you get old particularly in the South. We all have to breath the air drink the water and eat the food

30 and you are complaining about your body like you just turned 80 or something? Stop being lazy and do something then. Sheesh, that is really something else. Snap out of it, get it together.

I am active, I run, play tennis, basketball, hike. The only thing that kind of "holds me back" is the fear of tearing my acl again. Tore it playing basketball at the rec in the college, and its been just fine since the operation. But its always in the back of my mind which makes me a little timid when moving athletically. I absolutely do not want to deal with that shite again.

I’ll admit I could do better taking care of my body, but I’m not obese or anything just eat too much sugar and unhealthy foods.

Anyways, I’m just not the same athletically that I used to be. Just turned 30 and wishing I would have stayed in the gym and eaten better the past few years.

Jesus christ dude, you're 30 which is basically 18. Put the cheetos down for a couple minutes and run a mile

35 yrs old now, in better shape that I was 10 years ago. It only takes a little will power and determination.

I'm forty and I started exercising and eating marginally less and I've seen a change in a month. OP should start digging his grave
