Big fan here.
I remember how tall Ryan Reynolds was and that his shoulders were always hunched forward. It was before he got ripped.
Glad he outgrew that.
The Pete guy was an FBI agent on an episode of X-Files if I remember correctly.

It was before he got superhero ripped, but he was in good shape on the show I think. He was obviously the best part of the show though, so it’s no surprise that he was the biggest star that came from it. And oddly enough, Nathan Fillion may be the second biggest.

I go back and forth on liking and hating Pete honestly. He’s the worst part of the show (once they got rid of the movie plot guy from the first season…that schtick was funny but got old pretty fast).

I bought the dvd cheap during the pandemic.
The first season is slow. Picks up with Suzanne Cryer, who does a great job playing a hot sarcastic know-it-all, and Nathan Fillion.
Tiffani Thiessen was on several episodes in the third season & she was a total smoke show then.

Apparently Traylor was shagging Ryan Reynolds during filming of the show and they were an item.
I believe the show was filmed in Canada (hence why so many Canadian actors in it) and Artie Lange told a story once about how he went out with Chris Farley and Norm while filming Dirty Work (while also in Canada) and they saw Reynolds end Traylor Howard at the nightclub.
Apparenlty Farley was an absolute coked up wrecking machine and kept falling all over Traylor and hitting on her while Reynolds just sat and stayed quiet while Farley kept mocking him.
It was the last movie Chris ever made. He died just a few months after filming.
I don't know why but I'll never forget that story.

Yep. My wife and I used to watch that show. Gave us some good laughs. Suzanne Cryer caught my eye more than the blond. I remember thinking that if things didn’t work out with my wife, I’d probably go after that struggling actress.
Now that 25 years have passed, my wife and I are still together and Suzanne Cryer clearly dodged a bullet.

I never knew until I looked it up a week ago or so, but she and Pete from the show were actually engaged for a while. He has to be kicking himself that that didn't work out.
