This is (allegedly) the recipe for Miss Myra's white sauce, here in Bham.

MISS MYRA BAR-B-Q'S WHITE SAUCE

2 quarts heavy-duty mayonnaise

1 quart white vinegar

2 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons black pepper (fresh cracked preferred)

Depending on where you are, Bob Gibson's sauce is sold in most big chain grocery stores. You can also buy it onlne. I like Miss Myra's better though.

My go to. I have made a lot of believers with this recipe. It is amazing with any smoked meat except beef, IMO. It is especially good with smoked chicken and smoked sausage.

2 cups mayo
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp kosher salt

I add sugar to mine, maybe 1 tablespoon.

I use Nash’s Recipe. Google House of Nash Eats White Alabama BBQ Sauce. It’s great.

I was about to be negative because I thought you were talking about that thick white flour sauce.

I would definitely try the white bbq sauce
