No Fap 2024 - distillation of best strategies

Mates I’m truly crushing every single diet health and fitness goal that I set for myself as 2024 Resolutions. All but one.

The more I lift, the better I eat, the more I date and hook up, the more I want to beat it like a monkey.

It’s up to at least once a day, usually twice or more. Even when I’m likely to get laid the next night I can’t stop beating it. I’m 45 heckn years old - grateful that I still have the juice in a way, but wanting to save and channel that essence more and apply it to other aspects of life.

I know we’ve had epic threads and I will read through them but I wonder if anyone would be a good lad and share effective strategies that actually have worked?

I’m open to anything - health arguments, financial arguments, punishments for failing, apps you download, rewards for making it 48 hours. Anything.

I’m confused. Why do you want to stop? It’s not stopping your performance. Is it interfering with life activities?









You could always become an expert at Yoga and suck your own dick. I bet you’d stop beating off then.

Get off social media. All my SM apps are 50% pics of hot women with fat asses. I’ll open my phone not at all horny and then in five minutes it’s a 5 on 1 assault.
