Sad. Pretty suspicious in the middle of the night. I guess could be electrical or a candle

All part of God’s plan. They can rebuild.

It's probably not a good idea to jump to assumptions without considering all of the other possible assumptions.

Maybe this next time they can hire an architect to make it look like a Church rather than using the same exterior plans as a DaVita clinic.

It was a beautiful church, not some gaudy ostentatious ode to Greek-Roman pantheons.

Started in the sacristy...probably a pretty good chance of arson.

Story I have heard so far is that it started in the attic of Pope Hall (building to the immediate left of sanctuary) and spread from there. Theory is that the furnace kicked on last night in the cold and blew.

The rest of the buildings to the left didn’t go up because of the firewall between Pope Hall and the music room connected to it.

Wooden beams, wood pews, and a lot of open air.

Brick construction served as an oven, I’m sure.

There is a kitchen right there as well.

Anyone who says this has no idea how the church’s are run on the business side.
