There has got to be some kind of protection for confidential human sources like this guy. Why would anyone provide information if they can subsequently be charged for it being erroneous? This is like arresting someone for giving crimestoppers erroneous information.

Knowing how the DOJ has been Biden's weapon, if anything comes of this to implicate Biden, it will be used as leverage to have him drop out of the presidential race.

We dont have activist Repub/Conservative or just plain honest judges to fight the other way and bring those on the Dem side to trial or to follow it up to SCOTUS. That is the only hope is to get it there and hope those judges do the right thing.

Discrepancies have to do with the timeline and date of hearing the claim. Things like that would be "misremembering" for the raft of lying informants attacking Trump.

The Marxist in our government like to get the best bang for their buck, so here's what they will do....
To get a reduced sentence they will have him plead guilty, BUT, before doing so in front of a fed judge in NY they will have him fabricate some testimony on Trump in DC with him deposed or testifying. He will be presented as a paid and credible source CI but name withheld for "methods and means protection".
Following getting the Trump fabrication on record they will have him openly plead in SDNY to eliminate his negative testimony in regards to Potato and Spud.

I was really hoping there must be some misunderstanding, there must be some kind of mistake, I was waiting in the rain for hours...
The DOJ is bringing felony charges against the "credible" FBI informant who said Joe & Hunter Biden were involved in a $10m bribery scheme with Burisma. Everyone who blows the whistle on the Biden's seems to get locked up.

I almost think there are clerks out there that work as DNC operatives and know when to tell the DOJ or states when and where to file cases to get the easiest and most sympathetic judge out there.
For example, Chief Judge Shelley Dick in the middle district of Louisiana has been assigned every lawsuit when it comes to voting rights cases. Every time it is a rubber stamp for more minority districts. I don’t think the other judges would make a difference, all three active judges in the middle district of Louisiana were appointed by President Obama.
