How would that be possible? It cost money to travel back then, plus africa was about to be colonized by Europe.

The problem with Africa is many of its border and political structures were inherited from europe.

Look at what existed before that and tell me the problem is what was imposed on them by Europe in a lot of cases.

Tribal clashes were already a thing but this just solidified some boundaries.

Jim Rogers is Uber rich and lives in Singapore, he won't renounce us citizenship. If you study history of the passport, you will realize what a scam this system is.

Well….that’s what Americans were trying to do, make everyone equal, but then the whole DEI thing came about so….what DO these people who feel oppressed really want?!?!

Africa is a huge continent and like anywhere else, it had conflicts but European colonialism complicated things. Belgium sucked the life out of Congo region for example.

I will agree with funding "reparations" as long as all those who demand it and collect any funds, also agree to be relocated back to Africa permanently and renounce their U.S. citizenship.

Yeah, I think we fail to realize most of the world is tribal and collective and our style of managing just doesnt always mesh.

Congo was specifically why I didn’t say it was all benign.

But in general, the continent was full of warring tribes and conquest before Europeans arrived and after. Strongman dictators are just the current evolutionary rung of a powerful tribe leader back in the day, such as Shaka fighting the Brits in South Africa or the various kingdoms of sub-Saharan Africa in older times.

90% wouldn’t last two weeks.

And that’s being generous.

Just look at Nigeria, where people vote for their own tribe and the outnumbered Igbo are dicriminated from govt jobs. It's a place where the muslim north wins most of the presidencies but is appallingly low in literacy rates compared to south.

Not mocking it, it’s just amazing that no matter what, it’s ALWAYS white people’s fault how other people’s lives come out therefore they are owed something. Not sure where succession fits in to what I said?

Africa was decentralized with tribal leadership that didn't bothered folks to the level our leaders do. Very hands off. Thanks to Europe, many of the presidents, etc. were educated into being socialists.

We're going back to our founding as a predominately white Christian European nation
