They were so close to hitting a home run by asking for $350 million and flubbed it.

They'll be lucky to get a tenth of that, they are LISTING it.

You just told me you know nothing about Naples real estate. No, they won’t get 195 or 295 million but that property will sell eventually for a lot of money. Owning 1/3 of a mile of waterfront in Naples has a ton of value.

What you see in the OP is also a small portion of the property

There's way more land and also 2 more houses on the property

This is the property, all 3 houses.

And Mar a Lago, on the most expensive land in the US, is only worth $30m

The key when you have 300 million to spend is to splurge for a zero turn.

Not gated, as a neighborhood, but most of the estates are, obviously. It's a fun drive, beautiful homes, tree lined streets, old money and super-wealthy. Gordon Drive is the Rodeo of Naples.

While the price is obviously obscene on its face, that’s an incredible length of private beach in that area. I imagine they are trying to hook someone with enough money that it doesn’t matter what they pay if they get what they want, and that property looks hard to replicate.
