I believe he is referring "to" 
the usage to the word "to" as opposed to the appropriate word in those phrases "too". Just noticed, you were doing a little irony on your own using "too" instead of "to" in your question. At least I hope that was done on purpose.

Agree 100%. I was simply answering someone's question and suddenly out of nowhere this Lou Pai poster makes some incoherent statement that was 100% off topic and against me. Here's the simple deal...I'll quit posting on this thread which is pretty much long-toothed anyway if a couple of people quit directing off topic comments towards me. Sounds fair.
