Albertsons salads ? Ever eat them?

Yep. Use to load up a box for about $9 years ago. They still seem legit as the Rouse's and other AG stores

Salads from fast food places or grocery stores is Russian roulette. Placing a lot of reliance on low-wage employees. Had perfectly fine experiences from Newks, Publix, Wendy’s, etc. Also had emergency situations from the same. Never again.

No. No one ever eats them.

When produce starts to turn bad, they remove the outside layer of brown and chop up the inside of the veggies to throw on the salad bar. The proteins are chopped up deli meat that isn’t selling quick enough. This is true of most grocery store salad bars, not isolated to Albertsons.

That said, I’ll occasionally make myself a salad when I need a good colon cleanse.

The Albertsons near me hasn’t had a salad bar since the pandemic, but I used to hit up the one near the office, occasionally. It was only okay.
