About tree fiddy.

Seriously my dog is kinda an a-hole. He can go and would be gone already if the kids didn’t love him.

If your child or spouse had horrible medical issues, and someone offered 6 million dollars, you all are saying you would let your kids die before selling a dog?

What if you were stranded in the wilderness with your child and your dog with no food to be had. Would you kill your dog to feed it to your child or kill your child and feed it to your dog.

LINK

These were bought for 1.5 million.

A million in medical bills doesn’t take long at 100k/month in hospital, home care, and promising experimental medicine.

You gonna answer the question or continue a debate about viability?

I would sell my wife's dog for $20.

I wouldn't sell my dog for $1000000 but wouldn't give a dollar to have a second one. Just like my wife.

The wilderness was Whole Foods before there was a Whole Foods.

If you can't connect the dots there then don't worry about it.

I may be a simple f*ck, but I can feed myself and my family. I grew up poor and learned at an early age how to live off the land. Perhaps if folks talked less on social media and learned real life skills we would not have this issue.

Dogs need their own pets. Particularly working line dogs.

Ok. There is a huge difference in selling your dog and and paying medical bills. With my personal dog nobody would give me $1 million.

You are the one with a dot problem. The thread says what amount would you sell your pet for. No amount am I gonna sell my dog. It’s pretty simple.

OK, so if you won't sell your pet then how much would you be willing to spend on medical bills?

The answers to this question will show how full of shite people are about the value of their pets.

Animals are not people.

People are always talking about how their pet is like a member of their family, but they are bought and sold like property.

How much money would it take for you to sell your pet?

Is there a market for used pets? Obviously there is a market for puppies and kittens but those aren't pets yet. There is a market for started and trained dogs (hunting dogs, service dogs) but those aren't pets yet and many are never treated as such. I see people who want to get rid of a pet who are asking money for the pet but I have never known anyone who bought one or sold one. I have adapted a few but I never paid for them. I don't think selling used pets is a thing.

People bond with them, just like they do with people.

If you have the capacity to bond. I think much of the population doesnt.

I’ve considered paying someone to come get this dingbat.

She’s cute and loves everyone but she’s doesn’t have 2 brain cells to rub together.
