It’s incredible. They totally abandoned the very identity of their offense. There weren’t many designed runs with Lamar, either.

Lamar has improved as a passer, but the coaches should not have pinned the entire offense on his arm. I don’t think Harbaugh or anyone else in that organization will ever be able to justify, or even explain, the reasoning behind that atrocious game plan.

They panicked. The Chiefs got up early, and the Ravens started pressing the majority of the game.

The end result is that the Chiefs only scored 17 points, but the Ravens played like they were down by two touchdowns the entire game.

Bills abandoned their run game, lost to KC. Ravens abandoned theirs, lost to KC. Either they’re seeing something that think they can exploit and can’t, or they’re just worried about a shootout, which makes no sense - that hasn’t been KC’s identity at all this year. Just weird Buffalo and Baltimore both lost and abandoned their run games in the process.

Funny how the Ravens abandoned their identity and the Lions doggedly held onto theirs and they both lost.

Goodell told them the NFL needs the Chiefs to win for ratings
