Can't wait for the upcoming employment discrimination lawsuits from every applicant that was white and/or male and didn't get hired

Cuban is a person of average intelligence (I'm being generous) who was in the right place at the right time and made a fortune. He regularly embarrasses himself publicly with stupid shite like this and I expect it to continue.

This. I cant think of a worse recipe for arrogance than a guy that basically won the lottery but thinks he built a business.

This. He was fortunate that Yahoo! was dumb enough to buy AudioNet/Broadcast.com (it was internet radio FFS) for $1B+ during the dotcom frenzy. The guy is a fathead.

Would I trade bank accounts with Cuban? Of course, but it doesn't change my opinion of Cuban as a businessman.

It's awesome to see Cuban get owned on that but at the same time the EEOC chick is so full of shite. Huge corporate, and even smaller employers, everywhere are openly violating Title VII law everywhere then. They're celebrating it. They are creating departments within their companies and employment positions to openly do it. They are bragging about it and using the practices to virtue signal. With no consequences or signs of reigning it in.

Agreed, but I think it's disenginuous to say he's not smart or ag odd businessman. However, He's not nearly as smart as He thinks he is!

In light of what Andrea Lucas posted, how, then, can DEI exist?
