Yes the Louisiana DOTD and Dept of Education are both known as a bastions of excellent work product and efficiency. And neither of them get money from other sources such as gas taxes, fees from vehicle registrations and property tax millages.

What does that have to do with the government acting entitled towards my paycheck? And how are Louisiana’s roads compared to the rest of the nation’s? What about its education system?

Yeh we already pay for that with fuel taxes.
Every gal of gas = 20 cents state and 19 fed
Every gal of diesel = 20 state and 24 fed

No need to bring income tax into this discussion if they aren’t misappropriating funds. Figure the fuel used per day across the state and the revenue generated from the tax. Its absurd.
