Saw him on Rogan and checked out his music. It's old country sounding and very much with a folk sound. There's nothing overly produced about his music.
Very emotional stuff in there. Family Ties, Seneca and if you want your heart ripped out.....All Again

He's fantastic. Family Ties was my favorite album of 2023.

Saw him here in Baton Rouge a couple months ago, great, high energy show.

He's amazing live. Great performer and doing it the right way.
Cannot beat the artists coming out of Appalachia right now.
I think he's equally good stripped down, you can find that on Spotify (Live from The Church).

Start with Seneca and listen cover to cover, then How the Mighty Fall, then Family Ties. He doesn't miss with any songs.

Been following him for a bit now. Saw him at the Ryman last month and it was a great show. Those dudes always take time after their shows to talk to folks too. Super nice guys making damn fine music.

Check out "Another Leaf" live in some studio
That song is incredible. So is his band.
Live at Echo Mountain.

Booked him for 1000 bucks to play a party a few years ago. Insane how far he has come since then. One of my favorites doing it right now.

Not many people can nail the lyrical and musical quality together the way that he does.
It's not something that is open to interpretation, he gets it across exactly how he wants to tell it and uses the music to evoke exactly the feeling that he wants to get across.
He is a true student of the craft.

We got tickets today to see him in may in Little Rock. First time I saw him was at growlers in Memphis and there were maybe 15 folks there. He played it about 10 months later and it was packed to the gills. Both shows were equally bad arse.

Yup, he's one of the nicest guys in the business too. Genuine people tend to be able to write better and more relatable songs.

Saw him at Hogs last year. Played right before St. Paul. Awesome set. Whole band wore t shirts of one of the BBQ teams. Thought that was pretty cool
