I want someone who is independently wealthy so that they can't be bribed and they can't be blackmailed. Preferably someone who has never been in government but has a strong business background and would like to tear down the federal government from top to bottom and eliminate most all of it. Someone who thinks climate change is the farce that it is and wouldn't hesitate to firebomb Davos and the WEF if given the chance.

Gorka today said he knows who it will be.
But would only say it is a man.
I too think Doug Burgum

First choice-- Elise Stefanik, R rep from New York
Second choice-- Kristi Noem
Third choice-- Nicki Haley (the most logical choice by far-- name recognition, prior Cabinet experience, ability to get suburban womens' vote).

Who is Doug Burgum, and why is he on Trump's radar? Never heard of him before now

It’s going to be Haley. Trump knows, more than any candidate in history, he can’t afford to lose - and Haley is his best chance to ensure victory. What sucks is this will make her the standard bearer of the party (since Trump if elected will soon be a lame duck), which will force conservatives to the back row and cement a neoconservative future for the GOP.

5D chess ... it's big Mike.
All kidding aside ... it's gonna be Tucker Carlson, Ben Carson or Tim Scott.
My money is on Scott ...

Ben Carson would fall asleep before Trump walks up to the podium at the next rally.

You are a horrible poster.

You have a couple down votes, but Burgum emerged as the likely pick today.
Not sure how I feel about if true. But I really liked him in the first debate.

Haley would be an absolute disaster and would snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

I would question the amount of chromosomes Trump had if he picked Haley or Tim Scott as his VP… he picked a swamp rat GOP guy as his VP the first time and look how quick and eager he was to turn on him the second it was politically expedient… Haley or Scott can’t even be bothered to hide the metaphorical knife they would plunge into his back.

As of right now, there is only one guy I’d be thrilled about and it’s this guy. Vivek

There is no way in hell he’d pick Haley

I love all the people who freak out about DEI, affirmative action and anything related to race pushing for Trump to name Ben Carson or Tim Scott.

Stefanik is a bigger RINO than Haley, she just endorsed Trump early. She's basically a female Lindsey (maybe I should restate that).
I don't see Noem.
It's going to have to be someone that can raise money for him so it's going to be an Establishment RINO. It also makes it work easily to get rid of Trump and put their person in.
I'd love to be wrong but I doubt it.
I think it would have already been Haley if DeSantis hadn't completely destroyed her in that debate. She's basically gone in the basement since.
