No disrespect to P-Dub… but one wonders what you have to be doing to have a fatal atv accident while hunting. Every time I’ve been hunting, atv riding has been the least dangerous activity

Tree stands are the biggest risk in terms of fatalities. I think the numbers are 300-500 fatalities per year nationwide.
They don't seem to quantify ATV accidents anywhere as a hunting accidents. I do know that ATV accidents account for over 700 fatalities per year, overall. But I would think many, probably most, are not hunting-related.
