Home stand
vs Hornets
vs Suns
vs Jazz
vs Thunder

Then
at Bucks
at Celtics
at Rockets

I’d be happy with 4-3 in that stretch.
Wins against Hornets, Jazz, and Rockets. Would have to sneak out another W - maybe Suns or Thunder at home.

9-6 over the most difficult stretch of the schedule would be a win. If they can figure out a way to go 5-2 down the stretch, and get that up to 10-5, that’s all any reasonable fan could ask for.

I know the remaining strength of schedule changes frequently, but right now the Pels have the 23rd ranked remaining SOS. After we get through January we should be able to start stringing together some wins.

I really think 50 wins is still in play.

At the beginning of January 9-6 would have had me 90% confident at a top 4 seed and 100% confident of avoiding the play-in.

I'm still there, lets see if Pels can do it.

29-19 would be spectacular. Win the next 3 and split the last 4 would have us 10 games above .500.

OKC, @BOS, @MIL, @HOU is a tough stretch.

Could go 4-3,5-2 or they could go 1-6,2-5. That’s the problem with this team lol

closing out this month 4-2 would be a big deal to get to 29-19.

PHX (22-pt 4Q comeback last night over SAC)
UTAH (9-1 in L10)
OKC, @BOS, @MIL all top seeds currently
& @HOU who have been one of better home teams

Could see us going for 50 Ws if they can win 4/6 of those

Penciling in an auto win against the Rockets would be a mistake

But hopefully we can win 3-5 of these games.

Currently standing at 2-3 with the expected losses to OKC and the Bucks on a back-to-back. Would need to win the last two against Boston and Houston to get to 4-3 in this tough stretch.

I will say that the hand wringing over dropping games to the 1 seed in the West and the 2 seed in the East on a back-to-back is puzzling even for our fickle fan base. That said I hope to see a better effort against Boston after they got absolutely trounced by the Clips.

Who cares? The ceiling is the second round.

I mean I’ve been a fan since the team came from Charlotte in 2002. We have had some ROUGH years. I would say a second round exit in the playoffs this year would be arguably a successful season. Get Zion some playoff experience.

We won every game we were supposed to win. Wish we would’ve played better and got the one against the Suns. Thunder, Bucks, and Celtics were always going to be a tall order. I’ll take 3-4 and hopefully the schedule gets easier.

I mean all those teams are just better than the Pels. It is what it is.
