Covers for boxes of kleenex.
Extra crown molding.
Rugs for a car you don't own.

Me: LOL

Empty Butter tubs are not for leftovers.
Me: Oh shite.

“Gallyweekich” still cracks my arse up. And the man’s expression when the driver asks him if he meant that he’s Dr. Galazkiewicz is also priceless.
Then “YES I AM”

Specific to New Orleans, I used to enjoy the commercials for the plays coming to the Saenger Theater back in the 1980’s. They might still run them today, probably during People’s Court type shows. Anyway, these plays would have names like “Momma, I Gotta!” or “Baby, Don’t Go!” They’d show a snippet of the play that always included lots of overacting and family strife. Modern day morality plays.

Second place: “I feel a little dizzy and I have a catch in my neck and back.”

Geico had the “So easy a caveman could do it” and the “this woman is a Geico customer, not an actor. To help tell her story, we hired the movie announcer guy.”
And Allstate had the Mayhem guy.
Both companies had very creative aads.
