Houston vs. Cleveland, two teams with no pressure on them each playing with house money. Feel like Stroud is either going to be spectacular or terrible. Flacco will be neither. How Stroud plays decides the game. If he plays great I think Houston wins by seven to ten points. If he plays bad Houston loses by three touchdowns.
