Im not so sure, oregon can match just about any money bama can. And they arent that much further down the prestige ladder

Oregon isn't a destination job. Why, who knows but there is a reason they can't keep a coach not named Bellotti.

Maybe. But the choices are not great. I just can’t see anyone at Bama settling for someone like Norvell. And I think they will try to do whatever it takes.

Oregon can double anything Bama can pay and not even break a sweat over it. The question is, would they just for one mediocre coach.

Alabama is the most decorated program is CF history. Oregon is new money. USC is the only program on the West Coast that even comes close to being on Bama's level.
