Apparently, Red Bull is only planning to keep the sidepods for the early races in the ME, then will go zeropod starting in Japan.
Very surprised by the complete overhaul in concept. It’s either:
A) Newey, with his human CFD vision, looked at the W13/W14 and said “I can fix your fricking car”
B) This is an elaborate troll and RB will show up to testing with an RB20 more consistent with their original concept.
Both seem equally plausible, and equally tasty.

I like Williams and Albon, but i'd argue this is a bit of a stretch.
That's why I'd say I'd argue it. I know it's not a definite. I can see a case for all those that you mentioned except for probably LeClerc and probably Ocon and Gasly. None of them did anything to impress me like Albon did. Alonso, Sainz, and both McLarens for sure had some standout moments. But I would for sure say Albon was more impressive than Russell.

Williams was able to have their car on track today.

definitely agree with that
Ford is apparently very interested in the results of the Horner investigation, and even have the ability to walk away from the agreement

For me, I would say it's harder to evaluate Albon's season. Russell has a top driver teammate so it's easier to say how good he is. It was like Albon was a one-car team. So while we can say he knows how to make his tires last, and he knows how to keep cars behind him when he qualifies well but his race pace is a little lacking, we have no way of really knowing his ultimate speed until he has a top teammate again.

Thank you. That is exactly what I am saying. Being very close to Hamilton in a lot of races is impressive to me while crushing Logan means very little to me. Albon may have been great but there is no way you can say that with as much confidence as that guy is coming from.

This is why, since they fired Nyck Debris, AlphaTauri was the most fun team for me to follow last year.
Now we are all convinced that Liam Lawson deserves a seat in F1 and many of us are surprised that they are making him wait another year.
And the Yuki vs Danny battle will be a fun one to watch. Danny fans will point to his great performance at Mexico, but since AT got the final upgrades near the end of the season, Yuki actually beat him overall in the last few races (but Danny fans will never admit that). Let the battle continue!

as predicted, they are gonna milk ricc's return. and alpine shite show should be good
Regarding the mullet clip: While Danny has mentioned his love for DE, NASCAR, America, etc., I really like Bottas's style.

Terry Boatass is my spirit animal and I love how he’s cut loose after leaving Mercedes.

Is testing being televised here in the US anywhere?
Posted on 2/20/24 at 3:34 pm to BuckyCheese
Stupid bump, but we are less than 10hrs from the start of testing
1am central - Session 1
6am central - Session 2
I know Ferarri said Leclerc and then Sainz is their order.

no
F1 TV will have it, and ESPN+ might offer it on a browser or app.

If your post is one minute after the previous post, is it really a bump?

Ready to get this season going. Not a fan of the Bahrain circuit, but it kicks it off so I’m excited.
