I know it's just testing but watching Russel I get the feeling that Toto still hasn't fixed the fricking car.

I've seen several people jump on the Mercedes hype train like they'll instantly be at the front and I just don't see it happening. They're basically starting over after chasing a failed concept for 2 years, I'd be shocked if they make a huge leap, I wouldn't be surprised if they hover around 4th-6th best car atleast at the beginning of the season.

That was the joke when Hamilton signed with Ferrari... He knew the car was shite and ready to go.

Max Verstappen is now faster than the best time he set in Day 2 of testing last season.
2024 Day 1: 1:31.344
2023 Day 2: 1:31.650
Both times set on C3 tyres.
yep, looking ominous for the competition. would really like to see mclaren jump up to 2nd.

Rapey Spice has that car on point already...

F1 posted a bunch of side by side shots showing each 2024 car vs it's 2023 self, Red Bull no doubt seem to be the most evolved. I took the 2023 Merc and put it next to the 2024 Red Bull to see the differences/similarities.
