Well, for starters how about outlawing all this woke progressive trans shite. Then withdraw all funding and aid from Ukraine and Israel, amongst others. Then take severe action on J6. Not to mention cut half the funding to every single government agency due to waste and fraud.

**Yes, I’m being quite facetious and sure, a bit smartass in my tone, but my words are intended to draw some attention to what IMO is the concept of severely, extremely irrational expectations set amongst many of us, not too very far off from the satirical version above. In other words, I smell what you’re cooking there and I agree with your sentiments.

Realistically there’s not much that can be done when only control one chamber, and with a slim margin at that.

Best you hope for is gridlock

Lots of shite from the House in a pile on Schumer's desk that will never be taken up by the Democrat controlled Senate.

Honestly, truthfully, you wanna know what’s the best you can hope for? It’s President Donald Trump and majorities in both chambers consisting of a good many players who will play relatively nicely with Trump. Not an impossible goal at all, and the basis for legitimately realistic expectations for consequential changes. JMO

I don't get self-immolation posts like this. The GOP has the thinnest House majority in memory. They've opened impeachment hearings which might actually expose the Potatobrain crime family. They are pushing hard for border security. They ridded themselves of the last of the "Young Guns" leadership. They've forwarded minor budget cuts. Even those may well fail in reconciliation. If they do, and there is a government shutdown, they'll still be blamed. However, the cuts proposed are so minor that the shutdown strategy could backfire on Senate Dems for once. This was never going to be a kickass-and-take-names House. The numbers simply aren't there.

The R's had a small majority and we've watched the R's in the house begin to bail. You think the Dims would have run off someone on their side of the aisle like the R's ran off Santos? Santos had a better voting record on conservative based legislation than many establishment R's. Excluding Fetterman, look how the rest of the Dims are silent on Robert "Gold Finger" Menendez, they protect their own.

Republicans are not winning because they are quick to bail when shite hits the fan and they are more than happy to take out their own if they believe it aligns with the desires of the R faction of the D.C. Uniparty.

They keep getting elected despite this.

At what point will the voters learn?

If need be shut down the government until the Dims agree to stop the invasion at the southern border. A recent poll shows over 65% of Americans believe the southern border is wide open and the Illegitimate regime is facilitating an invasion of illegal immigrants.

Oh, I don't disagree. But as our public is saturated with propagandized "news" information, the GOP is still swimming upstream in Class V Rapids. It's possible to navigate, but not many are as fast on their feet as Trump, Ramaswamy, or DeSantis, which is often the requisite.
