I tried them all. Ended up going the cpap route. I also lost 25 pounds. The snoring is gone.

I get in an argument all the time with the wife (no pics) about snoring. I snore consistently with a low repetitive snore. She says if you snore it's sleep apnea, and I don't agree. I took the at home sleep apnea test and the result were I do not have it. Mouth taping doesn't seem to help too much. I had a mouthpiece that pulls the tongue out, and that seems to work the best, but I hate wearing it.

I've snored since high school when I was 150 lbs. Mine is based on jaw structure. I was unlucky.

I can attest that mouth tape works. No more snoring, no more getting up in middle of the night to use restroom….deepest sleep I have ever had.

Just tape - cheap and easy.
