Calling my shot. DA brings in Smith after he gets fired from the Falcons. He runs a ball control offense and is DA is familiar with him.

I don't condone it, I just think it will happen.

Would be about a 1000% upgrade over Pete.

Have you watched a Falcons game? Maybe more like a 10% upgrade.

Not the right offense for a qb like Carr.

I think DA does what he did last off-season and purges offensive staff.

So Taysom & AK still won't see significant touches?

I think Greg Olsen is the no brainer.

Unless he thinks he has a chance at the interim gig I doubt he'd jump into a very tenuous regime like Allen's. More likely, the Titans fire their OC and he goes back there.

A play action offense isn't right for Carr?

What do you think is the right offense for Carr?

Play action is hardly the same thing as ball control.

Greg Olsen has such a cush job. Even if he loses #1 slot to TBGoat, he would be at worst #2 for Fox and probably could make as much jumping to Amazon TNF than for coaching.

They’ve had like 4 straight top 10 offensive draft picks and one of the worst offenses in the league.

cant say thats not very reasonable, since no legit OC would come here knowing its a 1 year and you will get fired along with DA setup

Arthur Smith has had the worst QB situation in football during his tenure with the Falcons. He has put together a good offense with QBs that don't belong in the NFL.

I think Jayden Daniels will wind up being in Atlanta, but why not Gruden for OC. Then, it's really easy to get rid of Allen.
