Thought I would bump this for those baws and bawettes still hanging tough. No more weekends and the finish line is within sight! Does anyone have any interesting side effects to report? Ill go first...

My avg resting HR at night while sleeping has dropped from 58 to 51, I've lost ten pounds, and my will to live has basically been sucked from my body.

Sobriety has been pretty awesome this month. Alcohol really is a poison.

My most challenging night was for my Mardi Gras ball. I failed last year on that weekend, so once I cleared that hurdle, it’s been smooth sailing. I already exercise and try to eat right, but it made dropping the few extra pounds of holiday weight easy.

My anniversary was on the 28th so I decided to have some drinks and enjoy some kid-free time with the wife. Worth it. I've lost a couple of pounds, and feel like I'm a better dad.

Don't generally miss booze. Think I'll be scaling back drinking a whole lot.

I'm going to keep going. Don't know if I'll make it past mardi gras, but we'll see. I'd like to do a full three months.

I've lost 3 pounds, which is a lot for a small guy like me.

Still holding strong. It honestly hasn’t been difficult with the exception of one day last week when I thought it was going to be the day I’ve been dreading for years and I was going to have to put my dog down (he’s fine thankfully).

We have dinner plans on 2/1 and I plan on having a glass of wine with dinner but other than that I intend to keep going while allowing myself an occasional glass of wine or beer.

I’m curious to see where my BFP is in comparison to the start of the month. I’ll find that out on Thursday.
